Soap Refiner

Description
Soap refiners are used for refining soap mixture. This soap making machine is suitable for producing top grade toilet soaps and transparent soaps. Soap base mixture comes out of the mixer and passes through a fine mesh screen in the refiner. 10 mesh, 30 mesh and 50 mesh screens are optional depending on applications. The soap refiner makes soap mixture more homogeneous. The refining work can also be done by three-roll mill or four-roll mill, although the use of roll mill is on the decline.

2. Cooling system and screw structure are improved to achieve high output, small torque and low energy consumption.
3. The soap refiner is installed with automatic protection device to prevent the machine from being damaged by inappropriate operations. For example, pneumatic clutch is adopted in screw transmission mechanism; the screws will automatically come off when they encounter large resistance to prevent the speed reducer, gears and screw from damage.
4. The inner screw barrel and screws are all made of stainless steel. The effective length/diameter ratio of screws is 4.
5. The specialized reduction gear which has ground teeth face makes low noises.
6. The soap refiner can be installed under vacuum dryer or be installed in soap finishing lines. It is suitable for high-productivity production lines.
7. This soap making machine is corrosion-resistant and durable. It has a long lifespan.
