Description
This soap mixer machine is specially designed for mixing soap base with other ingredients such as color, perfume, preservatives, additives and others. This soap machine features two special shaped mixing blades which are very sturdy. This machine is fabricated by using high grade raw materials that are procured from the most reliable vendors of this industry. The soap mixer machine is equipped with electric motors that can be switched on and off by automatic electrical panel.

1. VSD Vacuum Dryer
This product has mechanical seal, automatic protection and transmission mechanism. It can produce toilet soap noodles (water content is from 11% to 28%). The contact parts between vacuum chamber and soap are all made of No. 304 or 316L stainless steel. SEW reduction gear is adopted. Rotating seal is adopted to the soap feeding nozzle. VSD is an important machine of vacuum drying system.

2. Pelletizer
Pelletizer is another important machine of the vacuum drying system. It turns the soap into the shape of pellets. The screws are made of Al-Mg alloy or stainless steel 304. Gears with case-hardened and ground teeth are used as gear reducers. The gear reducer is from SEW company. The pneumatic clutches are supplied by Eton (USA). Pneumatic components are from FETSO Company. Speeds of upper and lower screw are adjustable from 5 rpm to 19 rpm.
