Main Components
This type of toilet soap making machine is composed of mixer, triple roller mill, simplex double-screw refiner, duplex double-screw plodder, rolling stamping and cutting machine, toilet soap stamping machine, plastic packager, water chiller, freezer and complete set of conveyor belts.
1. The refiner has a pneumatic clutch control the upper-screw-to-lower-screw transmission and a resistive transducer control the material level in the vacuum chamber. The PLC system in this soap making machine is adopted from the AB Company in the U.S. The pneumatic clutch is from Eaton Company.
2. Screws in the plodder have more reasonable structures. The plodder features low torque, even pressure and no material revert. The plodder is easy to operate and has high output. The plodder is equipped with intelligent control and automatic protection devices which extend the lifespan of the plodder.

Use and Maintenance
1. Please read the instruction book carefully before using the soap making machine.
2. Clients should keep each device clean and add lubrication oil to each device regularly.
3. Please make sure that voltage of each device is stable and ground wires of all devices are unobstructed.

Package and Delivery
This product is packed with wooden box packages (3 × 40`FCL). This soap making machine is transported by truck domestic and by ship overseas.
