Twin-Worm Pelletizers

Description
Twin-worm pelletizers are composed of driving section and processing section. The driving section contains transmission case and electric motor. AC motors and DC motors are optional depending on the pelletizers types. The transmission case has a structure of three parallel shafts. Low liquid level alarm and filter clogged overpressure alarm are installed in this transmission case. The processing section of the twin-worm pelletizers is made up of worm spindle, worm components and worm barrel. Worm barrels include closed barrel, feeding barrel and exhausting barrel. The draw ratio of screw can be adjusted according to processing technique. Screw elements are assembled together according to properties of materials. This twin-worm pelletizer can realize the processes of transporting, mixing, plasticizing, cutting and devolatilizing materials. Particle materials, powder materials and liquid materials can be fed into the pelletizer through main feeding hopper, slide feeding hopper or liquid measuring device respectively. Loss-in-weight type multi-path feeding measuring system is optional.

8. Cyclone separator, drum-type cooling machine disc type vibrating screen are used in the process of cooling particle materials.
9. The twin-worm pelletizer is controlled by PLC.
