Soap Plodder Machine

Description
The plodder is also named as extruder. This soap plodder is used to extrude and refine the soap to make it suitable for stamping. This soap machine has a vacuum chamber. The screw takes the soap mixture from the hopper and presses it. The seamless pipe in the plodder is made of SS-304 stainless steel. An aluminum alloy screw is rotating inside the pipe. There is a rotating knife in the plodder which cut the soap noodles when they come out of the noodle plate. Some water circulates in the pipe jacket. The screw is turned by a shaft. The shaft is driven by a gear box.

Features
1. Our latest ES series soap plodders have the functions of extruding low-fat laundry soaps and high-fat toilet soaps.
2. Due to the improvement on reduction gear structure, cooling system and screw barrel, the productivity of the plodder has increased and the labor intensity has declined.
3. Screws have a more reasonable structure. The soap plodder features low-torque, even pressure and no materials return.
4. This vacuum plodder is equipped with intelligent automatic protection device which significantly raises the lifespan of the machine.
5. In the first stage, soap mixture is refined and pressed into the shape of noodles by a refiner worm. The soap noodles then comes into the vacuum chamber.
6. A refining screen is installed on the outlet of the soap plodder to achieve the refining effect.
7. A noodle cutter is used for cutting soap noodles.
8. A die of a distinctive design is set at the mouth of the extrusion barrel to achieve a particular size of soap bar. The bar is then cut to a final length.
9. The soap plodder machine is equipped with a suitable cooling jackets system. The end of the pressing head is heated through oil bath chamber to get glossy soap surface. The electrically heating oil bath chamber is controlled by a temperature controller.
