Duplex Plodder for Two-Color Sandwich Soap

Description
The duplex vacuum soap plodder is used for refining and extruding soap pellets in order to change the molecular arrangement of soap and to make the soap exquisite and smooth. This soap machine is especially designed for two-colored sandwich soap making lines. There are two plodders in this machine. The first stage plodder produces soap pellets. The last stage plodder extrudes the pellets into soap noodles. The duplex soap plodder continuously supplies soap noodles for cutting machine and stamping machine.

Features
1. A zero transmission lose mechanical structure is adopted in this duplex vacuum plodder, in order to control the pressures on the two colors.
2. The four speed reducers of this soap plodder can be controlled separately in order to adjust the pressures of each screw.
3. The high-precision gears (class 6) of the speed reducers contain ground hard-surfaced teeth.
4. The whole set of gears in this machine are precisely machined.
5.The screws of this soap plodder are made of No. 304 stainless steel or aluminum-magnesium alloy. The screws can resist corrosion.
6.Other parts in contact with the soap are made of superior stainless steel.
7. The productive capacity of this soap plodder is adjustable.
