Duplex Twin-Worm Plodder

Description
This duplex vacuum plodder has two worms. It is the key machine in a toilet soap finishing line which extrudes soap materials to make them suitable for stamping. This soap plodder machine is widely used for manufacturing toilet soaps and detergents. The screw in the top plodder takes the soap ribbons form the hopper and presses them through the noodle plate. There is a rotating knife in the duplex vacuum plodder which cuts the soap noodles when they come out of the noodle plate. When the soap noodles fall into the vacuum chamber, the bottom screw extrudes the soap again. The soap noodles come out of the conical mouth of the machine through the die before being cut to suitable sizes.
