Duplex Single-Worm Plodder

Description
This duplex vacuum plodder is made up of two single-worm plodders. The plodders have separate closed-type transmission systems. The first stage plodder is equivalent to a simplex refiner. It produces soap pellets in its vacuum chamber. The last stage plodder compresses the soap pellets and continuously extrudes them into soap noodles. The noodles come out of the plodder into cutting machine and stamping machine. This duplex vacuum plodder is heavily used in toilet soap manufacture.

Features
1.The complete set of the gears are precisely machined.
2. Screws are made of new-type aluminum alloy or high-quality stainless steel. They are resistant to corrosion.
3. Other parts of the duplex vacuum plodder which contact with soap are all made of high-quality stainless steel.
4. The screw rotates in a barrel. There is some water circulating inside the barrel jacket.
5. The cone mouth of the duplex vacuum plodder is jacketed to hold temperature sensor and heater.
6. A thermostat mechanism is used to maintain the appropriate temperature of the soap in order to ensure the shiny appearance of the soap noodles.
