Duplex Twin-Worm Pelletizer
Description
This duplex twin-worm pelletizer is generally used for breaking bigger soap lumps which come out of the mixer. This soap machine turns the soap material chunks into noodle shapes after refining and homogenizing processes. Therefore, it helps accelerate the production rate. This duplex twin-worm pelletizer acts as a refiner. This machine is applicable in making soaps and detergent cakes. Aluminum magnesium alloy and stainless steel are optional as screw materials. The grinded hard-tooth-faced gears in the speed reducer are adopted from SEW (a Germany company).
Features
1. The independent high-quality speed reducer and an independent bearing pedestal are joined together to form a new structure. Therefore, this method reduces fault points and makes this duplex twin-worm pelletizer easy to maintain.
2. The worm barrel is made of stainless steel tube with a thickness of 22 mm. It can withstand a pressure of 10 MPa.
3. The lengthened special lightweight stainless screw (1650 mm) is adopted to enhance palletizing force.
4. The double layer orifice plate is installed to increase the compactness and fineness of the soap pellets after vacuum drying process. The duplex twin-worm pelletizer can re-extrude the soap material to make soap pellets tighter and more transparent.
