This line is designed to make two-colored soaps. Its productive capacity is 1000 kg per hour. This soap machine is a patented product researched and developed by LIMAC Company. Main components of this toilet soap finishing line are mixer, triple-roller mill, simplex double-screw refining machine, duplex double-screw plodder, rolling stamping and cutting machine, toilet soap stamping machine, plastic packager, water chiller, freezer and conveyor belts.

Features and Advantages
1. Two independent reduction gears drive the two screws in the plodder. Two materials in different colors are extruded into strips by same amount of pressures. The two colors are evenly extruded into the soap.
2. This toilet soap finishing line has a compact structure. It is easy to operate.
