Pilot Soap Finishing Lines
Description
Pilot soap finishing line is a mini soap production line used for producing smaller samples of toilet soaps for testing before mass production. It is a very compact machine. The mini sized toilet soap making line integrates nearly all the functions of the normal sized lines. It is a good choice for soap factories as the pilot soap line and is also suitable for small-scale soap manufacturers. Productive capacities of our pilot soap finishing lines are 100 kg/h, 200 kg/h and 300 kg/h. These lines are all composed of electrical twin shaft mixer, three roll mill, plodder, manual cutter and motorized stamper.
Features
1. All devices of the mini soap production line are driven separately.
2. All parts of the pilot soap finishing line in contact with soaps are made of stainless steel.
3. The mini-sized soap making line is equipped with high-strength transmission mechanism.
4. The cutter and the stamper are manual controlled.
5. We use 3 phase power supply for our pilot soap finishing lines.
