Description
3000 Kg/H soap production line is mainly used for producing solid color toilet soap. It has a productive capacity of 3000 kg per hour. The complete soap line integrates the functions of mixing, refining, extruding, cutting, stamping and packaging. Fatty acid content in the finished toilet soap is 75-81%. This soap production line gets the French BV certification. Main components in this toilet soap equipment are mixer, triple-roller mill, simplex refiner, duplex refining plodder, rolling stamping and cutting machine, soap stamping machine, packager, water chiller, freezer and a complete set of conveyor belts.

Use and Maintenance
We provide two years warranty support and provide wearing parts for two years usage. Clients should keep each device clean and add lubricating oil to each device regularly according to the instruction manual. It is also suggested to pay attention to voltage stability and keep all ground wires unobstructed.
