Horizontal Three Roll Mill

Description
This three-roll mill is widely used in soap refining. The three rolls are horizontally placed in the machine. The rolls grind soap material pellets by the squeezing forces and frictions between them. Soap materials come out of the horizontal soap mill in thin ribbon shape. Rolls are kept cool while operating. This three-roll mill is a newly developed machine. Gaps between rolls can be easily adjusted to achieve different refining effects and production capacities.

Features
1. This three-roll mill is very efficient. It only needs to grind the soap materials two times to meet requirements.
2. The rolls in the mill rotate in different speeds. Soap materials come to the low-speed roll from the high-speed roll.
3. The material is grinded into 0.1 mm-thick sheet and it is then abruptly extruded into block shape before entering the next process.
4. The three-roll mill features high hardness and unique design.Rolls are made of high-quality steel. They can excellently resist abrasion.
