Bottom-Discharge Three-Roll Mill

Description
This three-roll mill discharges soap ribbons from its bottom. The three horizontal placed rolls squeeze and grind soap materials to obtain fineness and homogeneity. This bottom-discharged soap mill is well-suited for homogenizing soap mixture. The action of grinding is done by soap paste passing through the narrow gaps between rolls to form ribbon shape. Water circulates in the three-roll mill to keep rolls cool during operation. Rotating speed of rolls can be adjusted though heavy-duty reduction gear and electric motor.
